By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Home Listings, Floor Plans, and Pricing

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the mobile and manufactured homes available on the site. However, please note:

• Pricing Subject to Change: Due to fluctuations in material costs and manufacturer updates, all prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. The final price of your home will be established in your official purchase agreement.
• Floor Plan Variations: Square footage, room dimensions, and floor plan layouts are approximate and may vary slightly based on the final factory build.
• Model Photos: Images and virtual tours used on the website may include optional upgrades, staging furniture, or landscaping that are not included in the base price of the home.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration or contact information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California. Webber Dream Homes LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
